Thomas Michaelz

Hello all, my name is Thomas Michaelz  I am an actor, Film Producer and of course a Professional photographer based out of N.Y. I'm originally from Syracuse N.Y. and split time between different Locations N.Y.,V.A.,FLA. as well as LA.  As an actor I'm used to being in front of the cameras but have found an exciting world behind the camera as a producer and photographer.  My formal training is in performance and directing, holding a BA degree from Long Island, Hofstra   I also started a small production company called Studio 790 Films and we are currently in preproduction for our first short film called "What comes around", you can check out the site at www.Studio790films.com and view some of the music videos and spots we have recently produced (links up soon, so check back).  My goals are to become a better studio photographer.  I like to think I do well with ambient natural lighting but my interests in stage and HD digital film production bring me back to capturing subjects in a lit staged setting and eventually I'd love to do some work in high fashion photography.  That being said, right now I will work TFP or CD until I get a solid portfolio going and go from there.  I look forward to working with bright, artistic and aspiring individuals such as myself. I Agree there are some Amazing People out there, Including the (MM) Photographers and Models. I travel alot and meet many new faces for film, Modeling, Makeup and Acting. I am hoping to find makeup artists and Models for projects and to help with my Fashion Folio that I am Building. The Style that I am most comfortable shooting is fashion.
