I am a traditional photographer with 10+ years of experience and his own darkroom. I shy away from digital and shoot solely in film, mainly medium format and 4x5 large format.

I'm having a hard time finding models in Salt Lake City and joined this site with the hopes of getting in contact with people who are natural and interesting in front of a camera. I am looking for men and women to work with in a studio and occasionally an outdoor setting. I don't have any money to pay, but I will exchange prints and scanned negatives for your time.

A typical shoot with me involves 4 exposures in large format, 1 roll of medium format (12-16 exposures), and 1 roll of 35mm film (36 exposures). Typical time is around 4 hours, snacks are provided. After developing, I print the best image for you by hand and give you a CD of that image and 5 more for your portfolio with my permission to print those images.

You are welcome to hang around after the shoot and watch the developing process.
