Frequently Asked Questions:

How are payments accepted?
- I accept payments via PayPal in advance before editing. An invoice can be provided via email.
Do not send payments before:
- I've seen all of the images and confirmed the changes you want to make.
- I gave you a quote.
- We agreed on the turn around time.

Why are payments required before the editing of images?
- I require payments before editing, because I am being paid for my time. Payments are also ensuring your spot in my schedule.

Do you do any trade work?
- No, I don't do any trade work. I accept paid assignments only. Retouching is serious work - I haven't seen anybody who has a hobby as retouching.

How do I send you my images?
- Message me here first than you can send them through services such as wetransfer.com, Google Drive or Dropbox (please include your name on the folder, so I can recognize its yours). If you have an alternative method for sending/receiving images please let me know.
When sending images please state any specific changes you may want make prior editing.  If there is a certain style or effect you'd like me to do, - you can send me example images so I can create a similar effect on your image. If you don't have any specific changes in mind,  I will do my best to improve the overall image.

What file types do you accept?
- Any. I can work with all image file types. For best results raw image files are the best, the larger is better.

What is the minimum image size you can work with?
- Minimum 800 pixels on the longer side. When images are to small there is not a whole lot I can do with them, except minor changes.

What is your turn around time?
- Typically my turn around time is 7-8 days. Please ask about turn around time after I know what the job is. Larger projects will take more time.

What happens if I don't like the edit you did for me?
- I want to make sure my clients are happy with the final results, so when I send back your photos and you want something fixed/changed I will do my best to make those changes. If they are large changes or extra editing that was not stated before hand extra fees may apply. Refunds are not provided.
Not all clients can be pleased, this happens on rare occasions. If they expect a miracle to be preformed, if they are so specific to the point where only they can see their vision..etc these are the types that prefer to do the editing by their own hand. I cannot take blame when this occurs.
I reserve the rights to reject or discontinue working with clients that have a poor attitude, are rude or do not agree with the way I run my business.

Can you refund me if I'm not happy?
- Please understand this is not a big supermarket chain. This is a one man (art)show therefore refunds are not provided on work I have already done.
Once I have spent time on your images you cannot get your money back as I can not get that time back of my life either. Fair trade.

Do I keep the copyrights to my images after you work with the images?
- Yes, of course you will always have full rights to your images.

Do you delete the files after they are edited and sent back?
- Yes, I do delete the original and edited files shortly after (2-3 weeks) they sent back. It is your responsibility to back up your own files and keep them safe.

Do you only do photo editing on model images?
- No. I can work with landscape images, products-, food-, real estate and wedding-photos as well.

Can you work with anyone no matter where they are in the world?
- Yes, it can all be done online.

Do you have a website?
- No, I do not have a retouching website. I hope to have a website up and running in the near future.
