Courtney Jovan is a native Virginian who graduated from Old Dominion University. Upon graduation, Courtney lived in the Viginia Beach area before relocating to the nations capital. Upon settling into a career in banking, Courtney discovered her true passion was in make up artistry. In pursuit of her dream as a makeup artist she has traveled all over the country for formal training to sharpen her craft. Courtney enjoys making her clients look and feel beautiful. She believes the key to a great make up application is listening to the clients needs. Courtney has also established her own business doing on-site makeup applications for actor head shots, brides and their bridal parties, family portraits, black tie affairs, and editorial work.
