Hello! My name is Tara Segar and I am an LA based makeup artist, new to the LA area I am looking to network and build my portfolio locally. I am from the East Coast and my makeup experienced started there with special occasions, bridal, and opera. Throughout networking I was brought on by the International Opera Theater in 2004 as the key makeup artist for a production of Romeo and Juliet in Città della Pieve, Italy. I have since explored editorial and fashion makeup as well as special fx. I am also a graduate of Make-Up Designory's (MUD) Master Makeup Artistry Program.
