In a nut shell, I am a small town girl living a dream that I never thought was possible. I grew up right outside Pueblo, Colorado bailing hay, feeding the cows, and waking up at the crack of dawn to make my 6:00am bus ride to school. My parents taught me responsibility, independence and discipline very early in my life. I acquired my athletic passion in sports like gymnastics and cheerleading. I was not always the most outspoken person on the team, but I always wanted to be a leader.

In college I studied exercise science and nutrition mainly because all the other areas just seemed too boring... Then by chance I fell in love with it! I made it a goal to become a personal trainer by the age of 18. For 6 months I studied and took the certification exam on the day after my 18th birthday. I loved training and I was eager to gain a greater clientele. I never wanted to compete for any reason other than to inspire more potential clients... Then again, I fell in love by chance with competing and the fitness industry. Ever since then I have committed my entire life and career goals towards coaching, competing, and leading in the fitness industry as a top athlete and role model. My dream was to become an IFBB Bikini Pro because this would prove to everyone and myself that anything was possible if I set my whole heart and mind to it. I earned my IFBB Pro Card by placing first at the 2016 NPC National Championships in Miami. A dream come true.

Everything happens for a reason. Everything that I have experienced has helped shape me into the motivated person that I am today. Everyone deserves success and happiness in their own way.
