I am a fine artist and independent curator. After a semi hiatus, I am looking to create new work and show it more frequently. I like to draw and paint people as well as create abstract paintings. Harlan Lovestone is an award-winning visual artist and arts educator with several years of experience who has exhibited in various parts of the United States. He is also founder of Arthaus Greenville, an artist run collective for establishing a unique community art center in Greenville, SC’s. Much of Lovestone’s artwork uses mixed media to deal with issues transcending culture and creating dialogue via the context of painting, expressionism, multiculturalism, andnew media forms. Harlan Lovestone continues to explore multimedia art making and is also a singer/songwriter, community art advocate and educator who works with youth
