Nico Nava is a photographer, media and publicity coordinator with a taste for clean, simple and elegant aesthetics. He is based in Los Angeles, California.

Starting his works in 2006, Nava picked up interest in creating images with his first camera by photographing moments with his friends. Since then he has been interested about the importance of images, visions and experiences, and how people perceive them. He expanded his works in editorial shoots, events coordinating, public relations and worked on projects within the fashion and entertainment industry.

"Our perception of images is linked to successful publicity. Reality is composed of symbols of representations--- and images are mosaics of symbols. Fully understanding the cognitive process that involves images is vital to each and individual's public image and perception towards events and experiences" says by Nava.

He is inspired by the works of critically acclaimed and renowned photographers such as Dorothea Lange and Gregory Colbert.

He dreams of one day having two adorable Welsh Corgis.
