My name is Eric Atkisson, and I am an artist focused on figurative art and portraiture, but I do also paint animals and some small landscapes. Every day during the week, I am producing artwork at the Exposure Gallery and Studios in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

I am in need of various models that can be expressive with their bodies, showing specific emotions and feelings by how they pose and hold themselves. I need models that can either hold poses from 1-20 min at a time, or that feel comfortable with me taking nude reference photos. Being able to take reference photos seems to be the most convenient for everyone, as it usually takes about an hour and the model would not need to hold the pose for much time. I also will not be publishing the photos, they will only be for reference to create paintings and drawings.

If a model is interested, please let me know your rate to have photos taken for one hour, or for a three hour block of poses with no photos. I generally need tall female models of any fitness level, though males on occasion especially for the live 3 hour sessions.

About me: I am from Ventura, California, and moved to South Dakota in 2009. I was trained at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA with a major in Illustration. After college, I worked on various small films as a storyboard artist and set designer before becoming a fine artist.
