Born in Porto Alegre, Brazil, Andreia was always very athletic while growing up, and at the young age of just 14 she began her physical training. After this her love for fitness grew thus she began to experiment with nutrition and dieting. Through
her trial and error she found out which nutritional routines worked best for her.
In 2005 Andreia made a decision to move to England, this would become a very important move for her life and her career. While in England Andreia stayed determined and focused and taught herself to speak and read English. This is
also the place where she began building the foundations of what is now known as the A1 Empire.
When Andreia felt she was ready for a new challenge she began competing on the international stage. With her combination of an incredible physic, stunning looks and spectacular stage presence, Andreia was instantly a crowd favorite and placed first in all her competitions. She is now recognized as a world renowned competitor.
For 20 years Andreia has been training and focusing on nutrition and healthy living, because of this she has developed a vast knowledge base in the areas of healthy lifestyles, physical body building, toning and conditioning. With this knowledge base, pared with her strong determination, Andreia began sharing her learned talents with clients. She uses what she has learned throughout her life, combined with encouragement and the right plan, to help clients reach the goals they have long wanted to achieve.
By spreading her lifelong experiences of nutrition and training with her clients Andreia continues to achieve her goals, she is
always ready for more and continues to look for her next great challenge.
