Dallas based freelance makeup artist (self employed) as well as a freelance artist with MAC Cosmetics.
While I have been an makeup artist for a little over three years my background is based in the visual arts. I have a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in Fine Art (Graduating in 1988). I have extended knowledge in color theory as well as the concepts of shadow & light.
I have done many styles of makeup from a simple "no makeup" look to glamour/editorial styles. I was referred to Model Mayhem by a MAC artist I work with. She advised it is the BEST way to gain more experience, develop my talents as well as network within the Dallas artist community.
