I have been photographing people and events for about a year and a half now. I am primarily interested in elevating the representation of everyday women of color. I like to tell stories of empowerment, vulnerability, pain, resilience and more through women. I would love for the way we view women to be more diversified, nuanced and complex then what we have grown accustomed to seeing in mainstream/popular culture. It's time to see differently, and I love making the case for this through my photography.
