I am passionate about photography and this realization was made when I got my first (and very old and very used) 35 mm SLR camera back in my teen years. Back then I was deciding on a career path and photography turned into my hobby that grew into a passion. Yes, I was the guy carrying the camera everywhere and always looking to get that unique shot. Then life happened. After more than a decade away from photography I made an effort to get serious again about photography. I began exercising my vision and experimenting again with digital equipment and images, I was able to adjust to the new technology after a few tens of thousand of pictures., It was a struggle to get back with the new technology as until then my editing and manipulation was done in the darkroom. Once I got comfortable with digital media I was able to exploit all the capabilities of my instruments, and was back expanding my involvement in the art by purposely and intentionally demanding more of my abilities and taking my vision a step further. Until then most of my images were mostly landscapes, interesting items, events, sports and nature. My next challenge is to begin creating interesting and edgy artistic images with dynamic and unique models.

I am looking to begin networking with others, sharing ideas, vision and experimenting even further bringing out the beauty,particularities and uniqueness of others, using the elements and compositions given us by using the elements that we can control: space, composition, time, light, shadows, perspective and vision

My experience as a photographer is defined by my years behind the lens, capturing a different take on scenes, people and nature. My commercial experience is non existent as I have never done photography for profit which gives me the liberty of selecting the right subject, propose my ideas, listen to feedback, develop a concept and work together with others until expectations are achieved.

It is my goal to contribute and interact with other photographers, models and artists to get together and work in interesting projects that can push the limits and creativity on both ends of the lens.
