Thank you for visiting my profile. There is quite a bit of information here, so please take your time and read through everything carefully. If you are contacting me for a shoot, you will be accepting all the terms I will be detailing below.

I have been passionate about photography for over 30 years and have been a "professional" photographer for almost 15 years. I took a few years off and am just recently returning to the arena of photography. This is a passion for me, not a job!

My style is varied and I'm comfortable shooting everything from strict modeling poses in a studio, to a photojournalistic freelance style in any setting on earth! I'm just as happy shooting a cosplay costume as I am a serious professional modeling shoot. If you're unsure of what type of shoot you'd be interested in, I'm full of creative ideas.

THE DETAILS:

There are three types of photoshoot situations that I'll currently deal with:
1) Pay the model:
If I have a paying client that is looking for a specific shoot, style, model or location then I will submit an open casting call with requirements and compensation. Once contract negotiations have been completed, a model release has been acquired and a location has been set, then we will proceed. You will be treated as a contract employee, hired for a specific job.

2) Shoot for trade:
This is currently my most frequent type of shoot. This is a shoot where I trade my time and skill, for your time and modeling. There will not be a money compensation. You will not pay me, and I will not pay you.

All finished and edited photos will be made available within 2-3 weeks by mail, email or by digital download.
A model release is required for all photoshoots.
No RAW images will be released.
No unedited images will be released.

3) Paying me for a specific shoot.
If a trade basis doesn't fit your needs then a contract for my services as a work for hire basis. This contract will grant all rights to usage for your own use, and use by me for marketing.

If the shoot will be either nude, implied nude or other suggestive genres, along with a signed model release, I will require a copy of a state issued photo ID which I will make a digital copy of. No nude, implied nude or suggestive modeling will be shot for any model under the age of 18.

Before all shoots begin, an explanation of my model release and print release will be explained signed. All documentation will be provided for my security, and yours.

NOTE:
For ALL shoots involving minors, a legal guardian MUST be present at all times! All scheduling, contact and requests will be made through a legal guardian. I love working with young models, but must require that all safety precautions will be followed.
