Vicky Vu was born in Vietnam and raised in Colorado. She moved to New Jersey in 2012. She enjoys the beach and loves to travel into New York City. Where she feels most alive, very loud, busy, with tons of energy in such a diverse place that made her fall in love. Vicky is a licensed cosmetologist and a certified makeup artist, graduate from MUD (Makeup Designory) in Manhattan. She is a freelance makeup artist based in New Jersey and New York. Her interested in makeup artistry began long before her career in makeup did. She works with a wide range of products including MAC, Makeup forever, Laura Mercier as well as many other professional cosmetic brands. Vicky loves the opportunity to collaborate to learn and be creative in a team environment on commercial or editorial work, photo shoot etc. She also enjoys and love teaching makeup lessons to her clients. Vicky love to create beauty and she believe that makeup is art, passion, and expression.
