​Daniel Rose Eugene is a professional makeup artist in Los Angeles who began as an East Coast surrealist painter. He was first introduced to the world of character makeup through cosplay and began teaching makeup panels at cosplay conventions when he was only sixteen. When Daniel began delving into the more glamorous side of makeup, he studied the work of drag queens first and created paintings of the queens on paper to teach himself how to handle the careful placements in the applications. From there, he turned to magazines and designers to more fully comprehend aesthetics and taste. He developed detailed work in both subtle and dramatic beauty; every single placement is deliberate and thought-out. Daniel later moved to Los Angeles to seek further education from The Make-Up Designory's "Master Artistry Program," and works actively as a professional makeup artist in California.
