Elliott Erwitt once said, “The whole point of taking pictures is so that you don’t have to explain things in words.” This is the main reason why I have a camera.
My name is Marina Lypiridou (Mara Lypa). I am a lifestyle photographer based in Glendale, CA who absolutely loves her job and everything that comes with it. I appreciate the people I meet, the places I go, the hours I keep, and the spontaneity in every shoot. I have travelled to many far away places, created a lot of still and moving pictures for myself and others. And I’ve made it my life’s goal to be as creative as possible towards everything I endeavor. Some of my photographs were published in Best of Photography by Photographer’s Forum (2014-2016).
