My philosophy: Window to my Soul

It's sometimes amazing, the power of photography. For a photographer, it's even more amazing as it is a realization that you are confronted by a four-cornered frame challenging the very space-time that lapsed through your life. A walk, a talk, a wait, loneliness, happiness, craziness no matter what... there is always a moment that needs to be captured and looked upon as a reflection of one's own personality. Every picture is a thought initiated by the capturer's eyes..a thought deep rooted in the mind and that is lost the very moment the shutter is released...I always believed that eyes are the 'windows to one's soul' and as such every picture is a moment that your soul chooses among millions of other things that it decided to neglect. A photographer's blog is a picturization of his soul. memoirs of his life and every fine detail is a message to the world.

I was born in India - the land of a thousand cultures. I have always been fascinated by life, culture, nature - almost everything around me. Though a mechanical engineer by profession, photography has always been an inevitable part of my life. I am a traveler and I love to capture the wonderful moments of my travel using my camera. Meeting people is my goal and I use art to express myself. I want to use Mayhem to work with professionals and artists around the world. I have already done two exhibitions in Berlin. Cannot share my website or my complete work here because it is not finished yet and I prefer not to launch it until it's satisfactory for me.
