MONICA SOLA
Born in Newburgh, NY but i am colombian an proud. I started doing hair at home with my dolls lol. I have a passion for art, beauty, and anything that involves making someone look and feel amazing. At the age of 14 I started working at my aunts salon in Beacon NY learning the basics in what would soon be a career move I would never regret! In my high school a program became available in 1990 that allowed me to earn my license in cosmotology while also catering my other studies. I graduated High School in 1992 and immediately knew I wanted to pursue a career in the hair industry. I met a man by the name of julio from John Paul Mitchell Systems. Julio was a Paul Mitchell educator in a Salon in Albany NY and at the time I was working in a salon in the mall close to my home in Newburgh. In 1994 I decided to attend Paul Mitchel courses up untill 1999 when I myself became an educator and all the while took an oppurtunity to be creative with singing which was a passion of my whole life aside from hair. I moved to Deltona FL in 2004 and worked in a few salons to find my client base. I was fortunate to work with a very good stylist by the name of Lenny King who was 2007 Paul Mitchell Educator of the year. I have been a hair artist for 15 years, i am also a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell systems. This has allowed me to meet some very creative and amazing people. I am also a self taught make up artist I have had the opportunity to take some great classes with Fred Vellon senior artist for mac pro team. I met a photographer by the name of Marc Bowen who owns a company called Shang Media LLC. Together we have created a powerful combination look and style to create some attention as the years come. I am Curently on a new portfolio, a wedding company as well as a full time stylist and educator. I always look forward to meeting creative and talented people
    sorry i am no longer doing tf hope you understand unless its for something worth doing ,this is not a hobby this is my art and love to do it please understand supplys cost money ,serious inquires only my rates are 200 per model hair and makeup for an avant guard look ,85 for simple life style shoot ,8hr day 500 plus travel and expences
