I am a professional dancer and Manhattan transplant from the Midwest. A close friend and fellow dancer recommended I look into Model Mayhem. I would like to become a member of the Model Mayhem community because I am interested in extending my love of the arts to modeling, more on the side than my main focus. I have been encouraged in the past to get into modeling, but I have never been able to find the means or community to facilitate this. While my professional aspirations lie in the performing arts as well as communications (went to school for dance and journalism), I have always been passionate about style and fashion. I stand by the belief that how you dress is, in part, a manifestation of who you are. I've always found comfort and confidence in how I present myself, and part of that has to do with the value of being well-dressed.

Beyond that, I recognize that Model Mayhem is a great resource of information and networking.

My personal style is modern classic with a twist of my ballet roots. I love the influence of the 1920s-50s, and I really turn to the elements of style from Audrey Hepburn, Pattie Boyd, Lilly Collins, and Emma Watson. I am a total city girl, so anything metropolitan is up my alley.
