I am a natural performer. I am passionate about the "stage" whether it be dance, in a photographers studio or on a runway. I am a creative thinker, I don't simply choreograph a dance number, I produce an experience, I train my dancers to portray their character and emotions so that their spectators believe them. And so it is with photography, I love the creative process of developing the scene, the emotions and the experience of each shoot. When I see this new concept come to life in the still shots, I am mesmerized. I love to work with a photographer who gets it, one that I can connect with and together with camera and lights we have an experience together that produces fine work.
A little history. I studied dance at Cobb Center for the Arts, received a scholarship to SMU in Ballet and eventually graduated from G.S.U. Where I was a lead dancer in Movement Force. I have choreographed for studios in Atlanta including Dancers Studio in Roswell, and many in Nashville including Father Ryan Dance Team. I have performed on the CMA and set models for runway shows. I have been in front of the camera and am a natural. McCall Studio is my most recent work, with Brian McCall. Photographers and I become one and when we move together as one, the outcome is amazing. I become one with the camera and the photographer and I "dance" to the sound of the shutter. I love all art, I love to experience art with talented photographers and gifted performers, I am an exhibitionist , and I love life, love encouraging others and obviously I like a little attention.
