A native in Nigeria, and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. Nimi Adokiye discovered her love for music at the age of eight, and decided to pursue acting after her first high school play "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory". She appeared as a guest star on the hit television show "The Doctors", Opened for upcoming musician Teyana Taylor, and is mentored by father of Grammy nominee Brandy Norwood.
