About Me

I run a business called Shizy Media in the Triad area of NC providing content creation for local and regional artists. Most of what I do is concert photography and videography, but I also shoot portraiture, family photos, street photography, etc. You can view my web site at www.shizymedia.com.

I heard about Model Mayhem from another photographer, and I thought it sounded like a really great way to find models who are willing to do TFP photo sessions. My business is less than 2 years old, and as my skill as a photographer continues to grow and develop I want to be able to continually update my portfolio with fresh new content that showcases my current ability. However, there's only so many shoots I can do with the same family and friends over and over again. I need a resource for new subjects to photograph, and I love the idea of trading services and being able to provide quality photos to a model who is also looking to develop their own portfolio. Everybody wins.
