I am an artist and creative of many sorts including photography, videography, and film making. Other creative overlaps include Filmmaking, Production Design and Songwriting. I have many years experience as a high level production designer and started seriously studying photography and filmmaking when covid hit. I love photography and filmmaking more than I expected to. Originally I just wanted to make music videos for my band but have been really getting going with creative photography and working with models.
My good friend and I own and run a scenery company which really steps up what I am able to create environmentally.
I have a concept based loosely on a surreal interpretation of something we did for the Oscars. It is NDA at this point but I am looking for models to work with in putting together a book and BTS film to support it.
I will be making music videos for some of my songs and have been very fortunate to have collaborated with a few amazing Grammy winning artists. I love Dave Grohol's work ethic
and learned a lot from him when we made " The Sky is a Neighborhood" with he and the Foo Fighters. I will be storyboarding one of my songs that has been on 88.5 KCSN and 95.5 KLOS and then crewing and casting for the music video. We will take it from there after the first one's in the can.
I also am rather well known among many big influencers as one of the "go to" people for podcast and talk show design. Some of my work in that regard includes KG Certified for Showtime Basketball, Hartbeat for Kevin Hart  and Party in the USA with Miley Cyrus and many of the big youtube stars Including Logan Paul, David Dobrik, Mr Beast, Dixie D'Amelio, Zane and Heath, Pretty Basic, James Charles etc.
I started Perception Shift Productions last year and am interested in creating stunning images, film and video that evoke emotion and provoke thought. That said I am having a lot of fun learning this new skill and am down to collab (possibly for free if you have a GREAT IDEA)  I need to limit my time commitments however and will be discerning on what I choose to work on.
Visual story telling is definitely a deep ocean and there are many ways to explore and create that it seems important to have a focused set of goals for every project.
I am having a ton of fun exploring ideas, with  models, sets, locations, lighting, effects action, props and ideas. I feel like I am just getting started and have a long way to go but am loving the process and look forward to meeting and working with some more amazing people as this journey continues. I put a link for our scenery company below and I have not made the switch to full time photographer yet but it is a deep passion and as it turns out I'm kind of good at it
At This point I only have 3 cameras and a collection of lenses and lighting as well as the scenery company with a couple production trucks  but as gear is required I get it and learn how to use it. Many thanks to Sony, Leica, DJI and Adobe !!!
I would love to do some underwater work and have plans to do some Mermaid sessions.
41 Productions is about to drop our first full length feature with Paul Rodriguez, Danny Trejo, Jay Mohr, Gary Busey etc., this May and if it does as well as we are hoping then we are going to level up a few notches but with our feet firmly on the ground, ever grateful and amazed to be able to do such cool things.
