	Congratulations. My dad used to do pushups with my brother and me on his back when we were little. We grew up watching my parents be healthy and fit. Now I'm an Exercise Physiologist and my brother and sister also look healthy and fit. There is no better example than the one our parents can give us. Congratulations on leading by example.
