As a professional photographer for 40 years, my passion has taken me around the world. I'm originally from Holland, where I studied Design and photography, but now I live and work at the edge of a wetland bird preserve on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

Together with my wife Cindy, we have photographed extensively here in the Islands, as well as Europe. Cindy is a book and web designer, but also has a wonderful eye for photo styling. We shoot stock for Getty Images, have produced countless magazine covers, annual reports, as well as photographed many coffee table books.
