My name is Illyne (I-leen) Rios. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist and Certified Makeup Artist working all over Southern Califorina.

With several years of professional experience in Hair & Makeup Artistry under my belt, I am able to work with a wide variety of skin types, complexions, bone structures and ethnicities.

Rates:

This is my full time job, I do NOT do TFP/CD. I do require payment for my expenses. Please respect this and don't send me inquiries for tfp/cd. Also note that if we schedule a shoot and you reschedule for whatever reason PLEASE let me know within reasonable time. I don't need last minute cancellations. It's time and money lost, frankly I don't have either to waste. Please contact me for my rates if you are interested in working with me.
