Mayhem # 651291
First off, the secret to why I look so young when I'm so "old": a pack of smokes a day and a fifth of whiskey before bed. Works wonders.
So now that the ice has been broken...
I'm actually not new to modeling. In a past life back out west, I did a little bit of modeling here and there. I enjoyed it enough. But a couple years after moving back to Michigan, I decided "That was then and this is now", so in 2010, I deactivated my profile. I'm a bit older, a bit wiser, and wanting to get back in. Maybe cover some areas that I never really got a chance to sink my teeth into (mainly did artistic nudes back then). Hence, the reactivated profile. Also, a need for an actual income and networking is a good motivator, no?
Believe it or not, I don't look much different from the photos still on here. Save for more tattoos and minus a piercing or two. If you're looking for typical or even stereotypical, you're barking up the wrong tree, love. I've got a more alternative look, so I expect that I'll attract a more alternative audience.
All that said, like any good model, I do have stipulations.
-Up front, I don't have a set rate. More established models do, and I am not one of them. However, this doesn't mean you get to lowball me. I'm willing to negotiate based on what you can afford, what I'm willing to accept, travel and whatever the shoot may be for.
-I'm not opposed to TFP/CD as long as the idea is really good. Like crazy, off-the-wall, artistically provocative, and/or morally objectionable. I won't turn down a damn fine idea if you can't afford it. We'll make it work. I like the idea of potentially pissing people off or making them think.
-Nude shoots are never ever in your life free. Don't even try it.
-Along those lines, I don't typically travel to a shoot with an escort. I'm originally from Detroit, trust me, I can handle my own. Unless it's a nude shoot. Not doing that alone. The escort may not be in the room, but they will be near by. If that's a problem, well, bye.
-I'm not one of those know-it-all models that will try to dictate the shoot. You're the photographer, it's your idea, I expect that you'll have a set way you wanna do everything. I do like to collaborate though.
-If shit gets weird, I'm leaving. I'm not sacrificing comfort for the sake of finishing a project and delivering a product. Sorry.
-I can do my own makeup, rather adept at it. Hair? Eh, that's another story….
Now that the more business like aspect is over with….
A little bit about me, personally. I'm actually kind of introverted until you get me out of my shell…no…wait….you may not wanna do that because then I start to nerd out over everything and talk a lot. I'll crack a lot of jokes and I've got a mouth that could make a sailor blush. So I apologize in advance!
I'm going to school for graphic design, heading into my final year (about damn time, too!). I'm a freelance designer and writer on the side, music journalism being my writing passion. And I do concert and club photography as well. I've had a few photos published by a local literary magazine. So yeah, I know a little bit. Just enough to fumble my way around a camera and get the desired results, heheh. So hey, if anyone (model or photog) needs someone to do makeup, edit photos (a couple examples are actually posted in my portfolio on here) or design cards - I'm your girl! If you wanna see what all I'm capable of behind the lens and monitor, send me a message and I'll link you to my portfolio.

Phillip John Photos (#480742)
Davroz (#419512) (but mainly for club photos)
Because those are the only ones I can actually recall.
