KnightHorse is a full-service sculpting, molding and production studio based just outside San Diego. The company is owned by Matt Krivicke who is the primary sculptor and mold maker. Matt had a 15 year career in the Halloween industry followed by a new career making life-size silicone dolls. Although he started in the doll industry working for RealDoll, Matt now owns Lovable Dolls. He has taken doll-making to the next level of realism, beauty and flexibility. We are always willing to talk to edgy and high fashion photographers who would like to shoot the dolls.
KnightHorse also continues to offer sculpting and prototyping services in various markets including Halloween, film and fine arts.
Matt has worked on special effects make-up and prosthetics, and he has worked with many big-name licensors such as Lucas Films and Disney. Matt and his partner Bronwen also do photography in special instances.
KnightHorse often has need of models to pose for inspiration for sculpted items or for dolls. We may also have periodic need of models for trade show work and photographic sessions. If we send you a friend request we would like to work with you in the future.
We are currently looking for Asian, Indian and Middle-Eastern men and women interested in being used as the basis for new doll faces/bodies. We are also looking for Latin models and female models with voluptuous fantasy type bodies (very large hips and breasts, small waists).
