I am not looking for the "best" models with the "best" modeling skills - in fact, the photographic images I create require a model with an ability to present a full range of attitude, emotion and personality. In other words: true character.
There seem to be no shortage of models in possession of a pretty face and beautiful figure. Combine that with an ability to be in front of a camera in various stages of undress. For my work, that is not enough. A lack of personality or an inability to convey feeling and attitude will show in the final image.
