Adam Bar

Adam Bar, New York Life Agent, Fitness Professional, and Author are just a few of the titles held by this extraordinary individual.  As a New York Life agent his passion is helping families and businesses reach their financial goals through short term and long term care, asset protection, estate conservation, and investing through a triple A rated wealth management and insurance firm. 

Bar was however not born and raised in the financial business, his roots of selflessness and determination stem from his upbringing in Israel and his new found adventures, struggles, and redemption in America starting in 1997.  In terms of fitness accomplishments, Bar won Mr. Israel in 1997 and Mr. Iron Gladiator California in 2007. 

He has been training clients for almost 20 years now and enjoys seeing the personal accomplishments of diet and exercise shining through his changed client’s lives.  To become a champion is one thing but Bar accomplished the Mr. California after a tragic injury in 2003 to his larynx which lead to 11 surgeries, 1 year unable to speak, and 7 years of no exercise during recovery.  His goal has been to inspire others to NEVER give up and live a happier, healthier, and wealthier lifestyle.  Which has lead to the writing of his book “Raising the Bar” which will be coming out in early 2011. 

In the meantime Bar is involved not only in work and fitness but enjoys his volunteer and community organizations such as the Alzheimer Association, LA World Affair Council, Operation Hope, and Nami.  If Bar only had one question to ask you it might be “Are you Raising Your Bar to fulfillment, health, and wealth?”
