Jensee Etania Figueroa has worked as a professional makeup artist since 2006, She has trained under celebrity makeup artist Debra Macki and worked on her team for the 2008 National Latin Pride Awards. She has also worked with two time NYC Emmy award winning makeup artist Roberto Casey. Her love of makeup started at a very young age. Jensee was doing makeup for her girlfriend’s proms, dates and sweet sixteen’s as a teenager. A known perfectionist, Jensee excels at all that she does, whether it’s her training as a ballerina or a brown belt in Shotokan Karate. She’s worked with brides, models and actors and her work has been featured in television, film and print.

Jensee Etania: Jensee’s determination and training has made her rise in the makeup artist industry almost effortless. With her unique approach and creative imagination she can make any vision come to life with the stroke of a brush.

Her work has been seen in Elle, Dysfunksion Magazine and the 2008 Latin Pride awards. She also was the Director of Makeup for Elene Cassis S/S 2011 NYC Fashion Week show, Face of the City and for many celebrity fundraising events. Her company, Your MakeupBox, has worked with top industry names like Loreal, Alexander Berardi, Jackie Ayrres, Elene Casis, Erico Coveri, Parah, Zara Terez and with Celebrity model Helena Hourdova, Florencia Lozano, Alexandra Cabrera Del La Cruz, and from Housewives of New Jersey, Christine Staub. She has also donated her services for Sunflower Children NY fundraising Galas.
