"Make-up Art is my Lifetime passion!"

Passion, talent and dedication are 3 of the many words that best describes Toronto-based make-up artist Irene Sy. Irene started out as an aspiring self-taught make-up artist, initially practicing on her family and friends, imputing many hours into her diverse clientele. After sharing her work online, Irene began collaborating with talented photographers, models and other creative individuals on photo shoots where she began to see her work come to life. Irene's great passion for make-up art excels all aspects of her work from beautifying brides on their special day, to creating the latest looks on models in fashion shows, magazines and shoots with her intricate make-up application skills. Irene looks forward to opening her own make-up studio and her own cosmetic line in the near future. Irene offers airbrush and traditional make-up applications.

Irene attended Gina’s College of Aesthetics in The Greater Toronto Area and worked for a few years in the spa industry. But later decided to pursue becoming a Makeup Artist by working and gaining valuable experience with industry professionals in the beauty and fashion community. From there was where Irene quickly evolved and grew into a Professional and sought after Makeup Artist in Toronto.

While working in the industry, Irene attended a few hair workshops and seminars to perfect and polish-up her hair styling skills at Sheridan college, Creatively Beautiful and most recently a “volume and texture” workshop which focuses on more editorial type of styles at Dat Salon located in Toronto.
