Fitness is my passion. Some might even call me a health junkie.  In my spare time I love working out, running and training others to do the same. I am a certified personal trainer and love helping others reach their goals of becoming more healthy, both physically and mentally. Another passion of mine is playing the piano, a hobby of 13 years.
