My name is Laurie and I am a professional face and body painter in Fresno, California. My company name is California Face and Body Art, as well as Starlines Face and Body Art. I use airbrush and sponge and brush. I can paint clothing, swimwear, lingerie, logos, bodyscapes, abstract, fantasy, tribal or whatever you can imagine. I specialize in special fx makeup for horror, theatrical, or "trauma" scenes. I do face and body painting art in the Fresno and Clovis areas, as well as anywhere in the Central Valley of California. I will travel anywhere to get the job done.
Day rates are $300 (a "day" consists of an hourly allotment we have agreed upon) plus travel expenses,if any. Please contact me for any reason...I'm always up for a conversation
If it's something I would like in my port, there may be no charge at all.
My mentors and inspiration in this industry are Pashur, Mark Reid, Alex Hansen, Nick & Brian Wolfe, Nick Herrera, Lucie Brouillard, Yolanda Bartram, Bodypainter Rich, my dear friend, Loretta Kava, Wiser Oner, Adam Trent, John Vargas and, of course, the amazing Joanne Gair.
I also do special effects makeup, glamour and exotic eye makeup, and also design/construct costumes...
I love doing shows and high-energy assignments.

Models: I am laid back and easy to work with. I love to laugh. My whole purpose is creating fantasy or enhancing YOUR beauty, presenting incredible art to the client, and ensuring respect and integrity to you. I also expect you to be prompt and professional and have a mature, responsible attitude (oh yeah, and to laugh at my dumb jokes).

I am a mother & grandmother to one daughter and two granddaughters. I have been married for 22 years.
