What's up! I don't really use photoshop as much as I probably should.I have found that the curves program as well as the saturation tool will work no matter what the program is.Another thing that works is the dodge and burn tool.To answer your question about the color of the water in Lake Michigan being that blue, the answer is "yes".In fact, it can turn emerald green as well
