After a change of direction a few  of years ago I began a new career in photography. My initial work was selling prints of Landscapes and the Urban environment, this transformed in to work as a documentary photographer, with a bit of press, publicity and commercial work.

The nature of the work particularly, the travelling was getting a bit much, so I decided to develop a business that would require a little less, and I have now established myself as freelance generalist photographer.

Don't get me wrong I like to travel but I want to be able pick the work that interests me, such as my recent South African project.

My main reasons for joining the site is to find models and stylists to work with that will expand my portfolio beyond it's current bias to documentary and commercial work, and develop my fine art and contempoary photography work.

I would also be happy to work with other models or stylists to develop their own portfolios, and to work on projects and ideas beyond the purely commercial.


I like to work mostly on location, but have studio experience. I shoot film and digital, from 35mm up to large format, although everything is developed in photohop etc.

I am happy to consider most projects, paid or not, my only criteria is does address the points above and does it interest me.
