I LOVE MAKEUP. I WAS BORN TO DO THIS.
I was trained by Donna Mee, who is the best of the best.
I have zero attitude and I pride myself on being punctual and professional.
HOWEVER, I still have fun and have no problem taking direction so we all get the shot.
Editorial/highfashion/beauty/conceptual/underwater/bodypainting/bridal/injuries, wounds/ airbrush/i pretty much do it all.
but with the right team, I will do almost any type of concept to experiment, create, collaborate and do something with makeup, lighting, and photography I have never done before. I do hair for the set but its not what I am strong with, so I love having wardrobe and hair.
I am ALWAYS looking for the right people to create an amazing team.
this means:
models (AGENCY caliber. you know who you are)
photographers (respectful of me, my skills, my time. willing to take the shot from a MAKEUP ARTISTS perspective and understanding that what works for your book doesn't neccessarily work for mine)
Other makeup artists. Lets share the wealth! Lets collaborate, assist, relay jobs, network and create. There is enough art and beauty and abundance in the world for everyone. I LOVE having a roster of talented and reliable makeup artists I can call to pass jobs along to, support and collaborate with.
Hair. WHERE ARE MY HAIR PEOPLE????? I need you. I love you.
Wardrobe/stylists. I know you are out there by a drafting table somewhere or sewing, but ummmm, yeah. You are vital to the artsy editorial work I want to start doing.
I will travel anywhere if you pay me, and even a few places if you don't.
I dont like to shoot with people who are mean, cranky, snotty, or do not have a sense of humour. if you don't like the beatles or elvis we are not friends.
I have a big personality. I talk on set, I listen to music, I laugh, take breaks, whatever. If you like your set to be silent as a mouse and dreary as a morgue, we aren't a match made in heaven. That being said, I will work for 27 days straight until our art is made. I work hard. I love what I do.
I do not ask for kit fees. I do ask that if you are contacting me, want to work with me, like my skills, and want me to do YOUR concept and shoot, then I get paid. Other then that, TF is just that, we are all donating our services for the pictures.

I shoot all the time, it is my passion, and strive for three or four shoots a month for my own portfolio building purposes. Check back often, I am frequently adding new pictures.

Yes, I do hair styling for the set. This means BASIC, camera ready hair.
