I really enjoy the creative part of photography and creating a unique image for a person, company, etc. But also this is what I do for a living, so I need to pay for my car, home, cameras, computers, etc. Only a small portion of my yearly income comes from shooting models, or the images in advertising, etc. I stay busy with my other photography business ventures, so volunteering my time is not high on my priority list.

I travel to: Baton Rouge/New Orleans, LA; Apalachicola, FL; Richland, WA a number of times each year, and I try to shoot while I am there.

When I pay models, I expect good value for that money and since I have shot with some awesome models that I paid, I expect alot. Posing, expressions, etc and a port that shows that you have achieved these things. This is usually only for projects I have been contracted to complete.

TF, maybe, but its usually more a factor of my limited time to shoot non-paying stuff. So if you are paying me you get my full attention. I may do two TF's a year, but it is usually for something new that I haven't shot before, or I am wanting to shoot something very specific.
