A few months ago I received a phone call from my daughter, Sindy, who was about to turn 40 last January.  She informed me that she would be flying out from Philly and requested that I take some boudoir photos of her as a Christmas gift for her hubby.  As you can see, she keeps in pretty good shape by working out daily and occasionally running marathons.  The results of that shoot are reflected in the new additions to my page.  The style we were after was somewhat sensual, while incorporating a taste of humor; I believe we achieved that goal ... what do you think?

Since I am retired (no, not retarded) I'm no longer required to make a profit with my movies or photography, I often take on projects for models who want exotic or humorous 8X10's or posters as gifts for their husbands or boyfriends (once, I even did one for the husband and the boy friend, but that's another story).  The shoots are always a whole lot of fun, and I enjoy creating the text, backgrounds, and word-blimps later in Photoshop.  As an added bonus, the recipients of the photos seem to get a real kick out of these very personalized gifts as well.

My wife (Amy) and I prefer our photos to have some kind of theme or the ability to engage the viewer on a certain emotional level, i.e., action, humor, pensive, seductive, etc.  We feel a picture should tell a story either through the eyes or with the body, that each picture should at least attempt to elicit some kind reaction from the observer; otherwise, what's the point?  We always suggest that you be animated; go with the flow; don't be afraid to experiment and improvise.  Just have fun!  Believe me, you will find the end result much more rewarding.
