Hello my name is Luis-Eduardo:De La Torre... and here is a little about me:
I was came into this world in Los Angeles California on November 27th of 1982 by my full Mexican beautiful mother, Guillermina, the responsible for placing the seed was my father, Roberto:De La Torre., also full Mexican. I am what they call ¨the little surprise¨ the youngest of five, I came along after 11 years. Mom though she was done but Tls had other plans.
When I turned 3 years of age my parents decided to moved back to Guadalajara Jalizco Mexico., where I was raised until I turned 20 years of age.
Right after I turned 20 I decided it was time to move else where and look for new adventures and man, did I find some adventures! so I came to San Antonio Texas. My oldest brother Alejandro:DLT was here and he gladly open his doors to me. I Had to adapt to new ways, completely different ideas and living habits, different food, different culture, different people,... even different ways of flirting (lol) etc... it was so hard for me but at the same time so much fun learning all of thees different interesting things, learning History in so many different levels. I have to admit though, that the hardest part was to learn the English language with out books, classes, lessons, schools or teachers. Now I´m so proud of my self that not only do I understand it, but I speak it, read it and wright it. In my mind nothing was going to stop me from learning English, not even the people who would make fun of me for not knowing a word or for having a funny accent... I´m bilingual now! haja!! (btw "ha-ja is a spanglish laugh)
I am a big dreamer; one of my biggest and happiest dreams has always been to be a model, a singer or an actor... something in the entertainment business, but at that time I had no clue what to do.
After a year of living here working random jobs, from selling tile to serving tables I was approached by a Great man named Robert Mitchell (Fashion show producer) He asked me if I ever thought about modeling and of course I said yes. We agreed to meet for a coffee some days after and he give me the contacts from the agencies he works with. Recommended by him I called the agencies, they agree to see me and it was all a smooth ride after that.
I have been modeling for around five years now and I completely LOVE IT! I always put all my passion in to it, this is what I want to do professionally.
