you would not be nude...

nude (nūd, nyūd)
adj., nud·er, nud·est.
Having no clothing; naked.
Permitting or featuring full exposure of the body: a nude beach.
Law. Lacking any of various legal requisites, such as evidence.
n.
An unclothed human figure, especially an artistic representation.
The condition of being unclothed.

There are textbook definitions for all kinds of words that we don't take them for what they "mean"...DO we need to start a new thread about this?

Whether or not Websters says nude means absolutely no clothing, but in the real world, if someone has their boobies uncovered, they are considered nude..

If a baby is running around without his diaper but has his shirt on, they say he is running around naked....

once again..that would be be your interpretation...you are certainley able to come up with your own definitions or uses for words..but please dont expect anyone else to subscribe to those definitions or uses.

it's true.

I don't know about that...No matter how dilligently I market myself as a pornographer, I still get people asking me for fashion and even weddings occasionally.  You'd think the scarlet [b]"P"[/i] i wear on my forehead would prevent that, but alas...

Quick question, Why does your release grant co-copyright to the model? That is unusual for professional photographers, except when being hired by a client (work-for-hire), and in that case, the person/company hiring gets sole copyright ownership. Just curious
