I've done research - and have looked at alot of webhosting sites....I saw Infinology on a webhost review site at #1 - and well - it's been #1 at 94% for over a month - maybe even over 2 months. However - I have a tough time deciding - I've asked several people that I network with who they use - hoping like 5 out of 10 use the same one - HA! lol - they all use different webhosts.... So tell me... what have you heard, what do you know and who do you use? (man that sounds so serious!)

Thanks - because I'm pretty sold on Infinology - it appears they offer alot of stuff for a reasonable price - however that's probably just the basic package.

Dreamhost.com.  I love them.

Watch yourself when signing up with an inexpensive host. If its too good to be true then it probably is.

Most of the inexpensive hosts I've seen are slow and their tech support is almost non-existant.

Your credit card will be charged like clockwork but that's about all that works well.

Also watch the bandwidth charges. Some of the cheaper hosts charge bandwidth both incomming and outgoing so by the time you have uploaded your pictures you have used up your monthly allotment of bandwidth without ever having visitor number one.

I have had great luck with OurGig.com.  Caters to models, musicians, photographers and artists.

I use FATCOW.COM   99 bucks a year for their full package.

Although I dont use them, I've heard great things about godaddy.com.  Personnally, I use http://www.freeservers.com because I just LOVE free.  I've got 3 sites on their $9 a year program...

yahoo - trust me customer service is EVERYTHING

http://www.ipowerweb.com - a tab bit on the expensive side but excellent customer support and good uptime

http://www.westnic.net - if youre looking to host more than one site, they allow WHM's in their regular packages, and have good customer support and uptime.

dreamhost is okay - i used a 777 promotion to get a years service for 10 bucks a year, but part of the problem with that is if youre not exactly computer literate (sp), you'll be turned off by the fact they dont use a traditional control panel. otherwise, good service
