Can finally subscribe. I'll add a bit as well, if you want graffiti backdrops or that hipster vibe which seems to be the in thing right now, DTLA near the fashion disctrict has a lot of interesting areas. I'm sure permits are required, but if its just you and a model, just try to look amateurish and make do with little.
