There's a model manager in Ohio who grabs up a lot of the new models on the other site, makes a lot of promises to them, etc., etc., Proprietor's name is John Mattice and he goes by Arcanum Studios. I'm looking to see if this gentleman is licensed to be doing the business he is doing and the best way to find this out.
