I went to the zoo today with my neices and got some really awesome underwater shots of the polor bears and some exotic fish, but the water seems dull. I'm wondering how you would enhance it. I searched through the theads regarding underwater modelling and photography, but didn't see anything helpful regarding the retouching process to enhance the water.

I remember seeing some great before and after shots somewhere on here, but can't seem to find them either.

I'm using Photoshop CS3.
