So this picture has already gone through several stages. And I spent a good portion of time on it today. I know I need to go through and tweak up the textures on the dress where I fixed it. But I'd just like to know if you'd recommend anything else to it. I was also trying to go for a 'fashion' post-look slightly over color corrected and desat'd.

Put the crease back under her left breast and/or make the shadow more apparent.  Her chest looks uneven.
*EDIT*  The background is quite bad.  Maybe re-shoot it?

The background does not bother me in the least, and yeah, I've been working on the shadow. The dress did not fit right and now I pay for it.

humm....did ya try a liquify to even out the boobies? coz that might make the dress seem "fitter" if ya get me? I just had to do one for a wedding dress shoot and "tweaking" the boobies and waist area made all the difference.
