Studio M is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor.


The studio is going through some changes, and I'm opening it up to 3 photographers.  The asking rent is $350/month and includes all of the following:

The details of the studio are as follows:
- A main shooting area of approximately 1500 square feet with 14' ceilings.
- A second shooting area of approximately 500 square feet with 14' ceilings.
- A third shooting area - primarily for natural lighting
- Lighting consisting of 7 Alien Bees 800 strobes with 5 30×60 softboxes, 2 12×30 strip boxes with 50 degree grids, barn doors, gels and gel holders, multiple umbrellas both shoot through and reflective, 10, 20, and 30 degree honeycomb grids, stands, booms, etc. There is also an Alien Bees 800 Ring Flash, and two beauty dishes. 

- Stereo system

- Refrigerator

- 3 Backdrop systems!! including a Manfrotto autopole system with a 3 backdrop capacity and two smaller portable systems.

- Portion of the studio wall is painted 18% grey and can also be used as a background

- A darkroom / Storage room (currently a storage room, but is setup to be a dark room as well - running water and filter system as well).

- Separate makeup/dressing area

- Small waiting room/office

- The entrance to the studio has an accessible loading dock so large sets can be accommodated.

- An online scheduling calendar where each lessee will be able to schedule shooting time.

- I'm offering the slots for $350 a month. The monthly fee covers use of all the studio areas, lighting equipment, background stands. We will also be doing 'Meet & Greets' that allow us to get more exposure as well.
