I didn't shoot in the rain, but I would've considered it if it didn't require an hour's drive on consecutive days. I drove up to Sac for a shoot Saturday behind the capitol, from 3pm to 730pm. I was planning on bopping over to Old Town immediately after, but the group gathering got rescheduled.

Except for the effect it has on models and their hair, I'm quite used to shooting in the rain... for covering sports. As for shooting with Alien Bees in the rain, I keep a package of trash bags in the vehicle.

dude, thats what Charles keeps telling me... i probably will see if i can get like a 4 day leave of absence from work in august for the meet/greet and stuff.  But too be all honest with ya, sometimes you have to shoot the rotten apples to get the good ones buried within the depths of MM, or CL, or even myspace.

::sigh:: I'm tired of Photoshopping bodies covered in goosebumps.

I've worked with plenty of models who'll walk through hell (whether hot or frozen) for a good shot, but I've got enough of a postprocessing backlog that I can't currently justify a shoot at any cost. It ain't fair to go out of my way for new shoots when I've still got models, hairstylists and MUAs patiently awaiting their TF CDs.
