If you have the image, and are allowed to get it touched i can work some magic, I can see some hot spots. The RAW file would be good, but nobody ever has those. Many photographers, myself included, get VERY testy when someone mucks with our original work. There are laws covering that sort of thing as well, so make damned sure your T's are crossed and i's dotted before you embark on this kind of thing.
